Enercon’s goal is to provide you with a one-stop location to have your factory engine-genset converted into a custom power generation system. To accomplish this, Enercon has developed a variety of specialty accessory items necessary to complete a comprehensive power system. Though they may seem rather small and insignificant, if overlooked, these items can hold up the completion of your power generation installation.

These accessories include:

Battery Racks, Battery Charger Stands, Wall Panel Stands, Circuit Breaker Boxes, Load Take-off Boxes, Automatic Engine Start/Stop Controls, and our critical grade muffler system, the ENERMUF.

Our mechanical assembly services also include the installation of unique switches, junction boxes, fuel filters, and exhaust and cooling systems to meet your particular specifications.

ENERMUF Engine Exhaust Silencers

Enercon ENERMUF exhaust silencers are designed to meet the highest degree of exhaust silencing, and will successfully meet the most critical applications of exhaust silencing. These silencers are designed for installation inside of a generator set housing, container, or building. The sound attenuation provided by ENERMUF silencers make them ideal for installations where ambient noise levels are low and a high degree of silencing is needed.

Design Features Include:

Insulated dual shell construction with surface temperature below 150°F based upon an inlet temperature of 1200°F
ASA Flanges on inlet and outlet
Finish painted with two coats of high heat paint
Custom designed to meet specific application requirements

Dual Voltage Change-Over Systems

Dual voltage change-over systems are utilized for applications that require frequent reconnection of the generator winding connections. Typical applications include: rental generators, sewage lift stations, multi-site portable generator applications with sites of different service voltages.

Rather than removing the generator terminal cover, and physically reconnecting and taping of the generator winding leads, which can take hours to accomplish, the reconnection system allows this change in a few minutes. Enercon manufactures two types of dual voltage Change-over systems. The link board type is a simple, cost effective means of changing the connection of the generator windings between series or parallel wye connections. The dual voltage switch system offers the same capability, but provides a more efficient, fool-proof means of generator winding reconnection.
